The location of Sotetsu Fresa Inn Sapporo-Susukino cannot be beaten. It’s right across from the Hosuisusukino subway station, making my daily travels so much easier. The room offered a surprising spaciousness for Japan, with good quality amenities, including complimentary toiletries and a flat-screen TV. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. it had a great variety that really filled me up for the day ahead. Staff were genuinely helpful, contributing to a positive stay. I had a bit of trouble with room temperature control. the air conditioning was either too cold or not cooling enough, making it challenging to find a comfortable setting. There were also no wardrobe spaces in the room, which made it tricky to keep my things organized. However, despite those minor inconveniences, my stay was overall pleasant.

Rooms definitely feel cramped for two people!!! The cleaning needs to step up a notch – hairs and remnants on the floor aren't ideal. Not much space for organization, making it a struggle to keep things tidy!!!

I loved the special room upgrade we received for our honeymoon and the fast internet made it perfect for streaming. The breakfast variety was impressive, really filled me up! However, the parking entry/exit system could be improved.

If there's one thing I would improve, it would be the noise levels, as you could hear some street noise and chatter from housekeeping.
